Once again thanks for all the work you and your team did to ensure our New Zealand trip was such an overwhelming success.

After 16 years in education and being responsible for the organization of literally dozens of camp, I can honestly say this was by far the most professional and well thought out camp I have attended. Even your continuous contact with us throughout all stages of the planning, preparation and the trip itself ensured that what could have been a daunting and stressful experience ran as smooth as clockwork. I would have no hesitation in endorsing your product or your company and have forwarded your and the trip details to members of our Earth Sciences Teachers group.

Some comments on specific aspect of the trip.

Firstly, Oceania and in particular our coach driver Lyn Henderson. Lyn’s professionalism, friendliness and concern for our group quickly saw her adopted as a surrogate mum by both the staff and students. We had no hesitation in following her advise as to parts of the trip we were unsure of. Her willingness to go that extra mile for the students and ourselves meant that we could cover all the itinerary and more. We would definitely be keen to have her as part of our next trip if possible.

Special mention needs to go to Graham (Mr Lunch) who looked after our 2 special lunches and the rest of us admirably . Graham assistance during the 4WD adventure and his efforts when James broke his ankle were fantastic. Please be sure to thank him from us.

All the tours were excellent and the way they fitted together meant that information was constantly being reinforced. I will give you feed back later when the students return next year as to how it effected their exams.

Accommodation, Bruce and Dianne at Pipers lodge were by far the most appropriate of all 3 we stayed at. They went out of the way to make the students and ourselves feel at home. We were also able to relax as there was space and activities for the kids (and drinks for us) without feeling that the students may be disturbing others. Accommodation and meals at the other venues were outstanding, but not as suited to a group such as ours. The problem of me knocking on strangers doors at 6am I have already mentioned.
